Lots of work for something which was supposedly just a "GUI rewrite". Makes me wonder if there's more synth edit stuff under the hood than anyone would like to admit? I don't have a problem with that, like I said, many of my favorite plugins are 100% S.E. Just wondering...

Well for starters he's having to write a mac version from scratch when there's only been a PC version so far. I'm wondering more about potential enhancements/additions to the synth engine, as I'd be surprised if the upgrade was just a straight forward new gui and mac version.

i have a hunch just like lennard exploded onto the scene with his plug that he is a very humble but godlike programmer, and so i think nothing is beyond his ability in the realm of sylenth1 support and porting things around.

i wouldn't be the least bit shocked if the new version was even less cpu, sounded better, and could take my dog on walks. :)
