I've just been reading the ULA and would like clarification please:

-do I need a license for every machine I use, whether my laptop/studio computer etc? or is it a trust thing (like with Spectrasonics) as long as I never give away my serial code ?

That's what it is! Almost, because:

You may install on as many systems as you want as long as it's *you* who's using it!

Or, viewed from the other side: Make sure that no-one can grab your serial number because those that are leaked on the net hardly ever survive an update
