I'm am very pleased to announce the launch of my new website, Arksun-Sound. Here I will be releasing full 128 sound commercial soundbanks for soft-synths.

The first soundbank I have released is for the Sylenth1. Containing a varied and interesting collection of sounds that stand out from other soundbanks available.

On the site you will find two mp3 demos, along with a free soundbank containing 16 of the presets from the full version for you to try out.

*edit* This soundbank is compatible with both PC and Mac versions.

I just listened to the demo mp3s and played the demo-soundset, i have to say i'm very impressed! very, very good work, man! compliment!

The website needs some graphic work, but the sound design is LOVELY and PERFECT !

Thanks!. Yes my non-flash web design skills do leave a lot to be desired, lol. Sorry about that. I'll try and improve the look of the site soon

Hello Arskun,

I must say the demo song sounds really nice ! I'll place an order

One question though : can you tell me the names of the presets appearing in your demo song (I mean the song, not the demo of the sounds) at 03:07 (are there two presets : a synth and a pad ?) and 03:21 ?

P.S. : under Cubase, I'm having problems to automate the filters paramaters (freq cutoff and resonance); are you aware of such an issue ?

Thank you, glad you like the demo.

Just checked the demo song again, the sounds around the 3:07 mark are:

126 SFX White Sweep - As a transitional sound
122 SFX Machine Gun Laser - Again as a transitional sound
104 SEQ Deep Space Trance - Was already building up to this point and continues playing
96 PAD Ark SawPad1 -Just begins to fade in from that point slowly

Theres also a little bit of star lead here n there in that section and then at 3:21 is the first time the 062 LD Ark Arise comes in.

In regards to automating filter parameters, I had no problems automating any of the filter knobs in Cubase SX 3 here (either via using the R and W buttons or using midi CC's 74 and 71 for the main filter cutoff and reasonance).

I have no idea if there's a problem with Cubase 4 however. Do make sure you're using ver 1.21 of synlenth1

In the meantime, I found out that I can work with the MIDI CCs (71 and 74, as you said). That's the method I'll use.
