Works great in logic 8 for me! Only thing is when reopening a song that the note value always goes back to 1/32 so until that is fixed I will program every thing at the speed.

I totally agree. That's the only thing I think is missing too and the first thing I thought of while playing around with it. It's really great, but if this were added, whoa look out!R.J.Dubya wrote:The only thing I notice that I would say is missing is a volume control for each effect. I know it has mix, but that only controls the wet/dry. I think a level control is very important for each effect, otherwise it's impossible to got the levels you want in your sequence. I'm sure Artillery has one, and the more I think about it, the more crucial I think it is.
I'd really like to see and independent FX level in addition to the mix control. At first it seems excessive, but the more you think about it, it would really open up the possibilities. Depending on the effect you are using, some are quieter than others. If you were able to turn up the effect level without affecting the dry mix, you could be able to make certain FX stand out more than others or match their volumes better. This would allow you to match the FX levels better to each other for a more balanced mix, or allow you to get the wild stuff to contrast or stand out even more.
Only one feature request after first release isn't bad!

Pro Tools is RTAS, right? Quite OT, but maybe Digidesign should think about VST support. There are no good reason why not (except for making life more difficult for Pro Tools users that is).BTQ14 wrote:I'd hardly call a plugin that works with only two applications "on top of its game".
It might be a wonderful piece of software but if Pro Tools users and most other DAW users can't take advantage of it that puts a huge number of people out of the market for Effectrix.

I don't even want to demo until I know that's been resolved...

I was counting down the hours last night for an effectrix update (as well as artillery and vogue), but I guess march is a no-go for these. I know predictions are hard but I'd love to hear a new guess as to when these will be updated. That way I can save time at work from checking every day.

Looking good here so far. No crash on deleting the AU, no wall of noise, all's well...
