Vibrato

I was wondering why the vibrato seems so strange in Z2 (and perhaps also on several digital synths) and I have some elements :
- the speed is sync
- the LFO is not global
- the restart is set to free by default
- the vibrato parameters for all OSC are not linked
for me a "classic" vibrato is global (same for all notes) and not sync to the song tempo.
I can use a LFOGlobal for vibrato but don't know how to de-sync.
Another little remark : on the Juno6 there is a delay on the LFO but the delay only works for the first note played.
Another thing: i tried to set the LFOG Amp to the ModWheel but it does nothing !

"Classic" vibrato is usually only mono on (obviously) monosynths or early polysynths - as technology moved on it's more normal for LFO's to be per-voice, and I much prefer this in the main, as for example, doing a pad sound with a small amount of slow vibrato means the voices drift and it helps to make a thicker sound.
Of course, global LFO's are better for synced effects or extreme modulations where you don't want a cacophony when playing multiple voices as the LFOs clash.
I've also seen that modulating the global LFO's doesn't seem to work, either the amp or rate, I forget the exact details...

Yeah, sorry, 2.2 was a maintenance update - needed for Leopard compatibility. It added everything that had been done on the side, i.e. GUI improvements, but it did not add any features specific to Zebra.
I think I'll get it done till V2.5 though - along with the final implementation of Eleven, new compressor modes, and what not.
