Some melohman programs contain custom samples. They are in .wav format. These need to be moved into your 'vstplugins/ohmforce/symptohm/samples' directory, or wherever you have chosen to install the plugin. You will find a 'samples' directory somewhere within the symptohm folder structure. The preset file (.qfm) goes into the Manufacturer folder (or a subfolder of your own choice within this folder)19.02.2019: *UPDATED LINKS* All links to my presets work again. The .zip files are hosted on Google Drive now so I should be able to keep these up for quite some time. Some of the packages have updated preset files (mainly volume adjustments and making sure the mod wheel is used in every preset). I was unfortunately not able to find the 3 meta patches by JamesB. I couldn't even find them on any of my backup drives going back all the way to 2007 and 2008. If any samples fail to load or links are broken then let me know via PM!
It may seem like there are very few presets here but keep in mind that each .Zip file contains a "meta-patch". That means each patch contains 12 different sounds. My presets are rarely only variations but rather individual standalone sounds. Also keep in mind that Symptohm lets you "parameter lock" knobs and settings so that you can browse through a new set of samples while keeping all synthesis targets locked.. or vice versa. This is a great way of quickly creating a ton of variations. Anyhow, enjoy this fantastic synth. Even after more than 10 years it's still as unique as it was the day it was born!
06.11.2008:
Here is a new meta preset that has been tweaked a lot. I'm finally quite happy with the results so I present them here. Remember to tweak that modwheel. Copy the included samples into your Symptohm samples folder.
005 Broken Dreams
6.4.2008:
A new program that I made yesterday. The oscillators use a sample from one of my Helix presets. It's a seamlessly looped stereo sample which means that it's been split into Left and Right mono files so make sure you copy both of the included samples into your Symptohm samples folder. Enjoy!

31.3.2008:
This is an old preset that I made the day I bought Symptohm. I've tweaked it a bit today and added some not so sensible names to the individual melohman preset slots. Again, remember to copy the samples into the Symptohm samples folder. Enjoy!

31.3.2008:
Here is a melohman preset which contains the infamous THX kind of sound that you can hear in the beginning of the wacky Ohmforce tutorial videos. It's the sound in the last melohman slot. I think this program is pretty neat as it has everything from typical trancey stabs to thick ghost like pads. Remember to copy the included sample into your Symptohm samples directory. Enjoy!
002 Deep Tune Variations
15.3.2008:
I'll start with a new preset that I created today. It contains a custom seamlessly looped sound from Sytrus. Can't really describe it.. kind of EPish but some variations are pretty far out there. Enjoy!
