Plugin Use

When using different instrument and effect chains for each clip in a single track, do the plugins assigned to a particular clip stay on and use cpu when the clip is no longer playing and the transport has moved on to the next clip in the same track?

Currently yes.

But this will change. It's on the whishlist.
