Over the last few years, I've developed a habit of checking this site at least once a day (often more).
I've benefited immensely from other users, and Muse staff, who post their suggestions and experience here.
Quite often there are complaints about what's not happening, wishes that haven't yet been realized, or may never happen, etcetera.

I just want to say thanks, in this case to Vik, who spent 50 minutes with me on the telephone, talking me through a component install (I've never been comfortable messing with the internal components of an electrical device) but this was 'my baby', my Receptor. She's back to 100% ~ I had lost audio out of one side.

This is another example of the time, effort, patience and dedication I've received from Rick, Vik, Torin and others for the past 3 years.

I've worked in the music industry for over 20 years. At one time or another, I've had to deal with most of the companies who make and distribute the various gear I use to write, record and perform with. I can't say that anyone is better at communicating & customer service than Muse. (the folks at Mark Of The Unicorn are also fantastic)

I'm not famous, and I don't play with well known groups or artists; my photo isn't warranted on the Muse website ~ but the service and attention I've consistently received always leaves me feeling genuinely respected.
