Hi all!!

Just a quick anouncement...

The improved version of Genesis will be released as Genesis CM!
Wich will be included in issue CM127 available 4th June!
With a big tutorial in the Mag!

Some cool new features has been added, listed below

Oscillator Section:

1. Voice control has been added,
Quad mode/4 voices,Full/22voices
Some Cpu% Reduced!

2. Stereo-Mono output selectable

3. Voice Output added
Full/all voices, Twin/2 voices L R Detuneable,Solo/1 Voice Mono

Effects Section:

1. Color has been added to Delay & Reverb

2. Stages has been added to Phaser

3. Distortion has been upgraded 3 types Soft,Medium,Hard
Modulation can be linked to mod wheel

Lfo Section:

1. Phase control has been added

2. Trigger control has been added selectable from sequencer and key

3. Filter destinition has been split to filter 1 & filter 2

Adsr Section:

Adsr link has been added

Eq:

Optimized/Upgraded

Filter Controlled Sequencer:

Step sequencer has been upgraded to advanced sequencer
Each oscillator has extra seperated controls,
Filter trigger, Semi note's 36- and 36+, Glide amount

Sound Quality:

Sound engine upgraded, you will be shocked by the sound quality!!

Presets:

128 sounds included,All presets has been updated & upgraded!
And some fresh new sounds added!

*Sigh* And I was waiting so anxiously for the update and it turns out it will be in a magazine that is not easy to get where I live. SOL for me I guess. maybe I should see some postive aspect being that your synth was blessed with being on a popular music magazine so, Congratulations!

demo movie has some really nice sounds.. really, really nice..

looks like I might be paying an arm and a leg for this thing at the almost-local (50+ mile drive round trip) bookstore..

(There are no computer music mags sold where I live. There used to be a store that sold Future Music here til their remodel...

Have someone buy the issue for you, in trade for an Amazon.com giftcard (an 'e' tranasaction), or other barter, and email some plugins you want from that months CM collection.

You guys should badger your local bookstore to stock some copies of CM. (I did and it worked, for the specials that is. Alread CM subscriber.)

I think this is great, cause Genesis deserved a big update. Fine noisemaker. My only problem is they've stopped selling CM in my part of the world. I think postage got too high. It already cost $17 US & people were always stealing the cover CD's. I hope someone will upload this somewhere for the people who live in the boonies.

I just visited Ozcan's website & there's a picture of the Genesis with the CM logo on it, It says coming soon...Maybe he will put it up for download. Now if I could get u-he to answer me about Podolski....
