Just wanted to say thanks to Vik, a Help Desk rep at Muse. He was very helpful in coordinating my out of warranty power supply replacement. Since I needed my power supply quick, he agreed to send it to me with detailed instructions on how to modify my chassis to accomodate the new one. He even went so far as to send a pdf with detailed specs on how to modify the chassis. Very helpful and he went the extra mile. Love Muse Research and love my Receptor. Thanks Vik!
