Does anyone know how to record sample tank 2.5 loops into sonar. It looks like it is recording but when I hit playback the recording seems to disappear.
What to do? What to do?
Thanks,
Steve

I would check with Cakewalk on that or IK tech support perhaps.

You can't treat them like audio loops in SONAR and hopefully you realize that you actually have to press a key while you want the loop to record. If you need more flexibility, render the MIDI track to audio and then you can use the looping tools in SONAR.entheosmusic wrote: What to do? What to do?
Go into PRV mode or PIANO ROLL and see if a MIDI note shows up when pressing a key while you're recording. If not, you don't have something routed correctly.
Good luck.

Record some midi, and make sure it plays back after.
select both the ST2.5 tracks ( midi and DXi )and bounce to track
right click the clip and select groove clip looping;
OR
select the clip and hit ctrl+L
