How to order using an existing share-it account ?

Hi,
Is there a way to Order Zebra 2, which will link it to my existing share-it account ? When I fill in the first order page, it suggests a new userID (<my email>-1) on the next page, rather than realising I have an account already.
I tried logging in to the customer service to view my account, then going back to the order page, but it still doesn't pick this up.
If I order, I'd like it to tie-up with my existing account.
Many thanks,
Michael.

Hmm, that's a shame. It should have the 'login for existing customers' field like many other share-it systems.
I already have Podium, Gladiator and Rayspace on the same account and it would be nice to keep them all together.

I have found separate accounts better for each item I have purchased in case I should ever wish to sell something. Better still I prefer paypal though.
If you have multiple products on one account licence transfer *might* be a problem.

Well, if you get that sorted, I'll definitely purchase Zebra tonight. In fact, if you can also manage 'add to basket' so I can add the sound packs and do the whole thing in one go, I may even stretch my funds a bit moreUrs wrote:Oh. That's new to me. I gotta check it out then...

Okay...
Please check it out - you can now reach the Customer Care Center from my websites and fill up the cart to your needs... it's one step more than it used to be for a single product, but d'oh... I didn't get the account thing...
I hope this works

The basket seemed to work fine, it recognised my account so far as I can tell (I didn't give it a phone number, and yet it found my existing one) and everything else seemed to have worked.
The order doesn't show up in the Share-it customer centre yet, but I'm guessing that's because you haven't actually processed anything (I only just pressed the button).
How exciting
Thanks for taking the time to update the order page.
Michael.

Well it's been a while, but I decided it was finally time - all the great sounds I keep hearing along with the constant updates and new features.
Zebra and the 3 soundsets will keep me happy for a while. If I can afford it next month, I may add Filterscape and MFM to the collection
Was coffee mentioned ? That sounds like a good idea...

Yeah, they dragged their feet today, but it all workedUrs wrote:Sheesh, it took a while but now it's through!
Enjoy,
Urs
I've installed the Z, and the three soundsets (noting I can use subdir's for the MSEGs and OSCs under Zebra2.data
One last question (for the moment) - I'm not using the beta yet, but if I switch to the transmission skin, will new modules and options etc., break that or am I safe to keep using it ?
Thanks again for the great service.
Michael.
