Music Tracker -- skip after short timeout?

If a track is taking more than a few seconds to load, could the Music Tracker skip to the next one? Or if there already is a timeout, could that be shortened?

It's really just for my personal convenience, for those times when I lie down in the other room to listen. It would save me having to get up and click the forward button.
