Nice, the audio unit parameters update in abletons parameter lists when changing effects now. Cool. However, it did crash within minutes of using it. I only had one track with a synth open and artillery2. Pressing the wrench icon to close artillery's plug-in window made it shut down. Same thing can happen deleting the plug-in. But I can never seem to replicate the crash. Seems just random. Maybe you guys could investigate that a bit more.

Hi, please write to info@sugar-bytes.de. A crashlog will be very helpful to find the problem, if you have one, please send it in,

many thanks

Hi, I'd be more than happy to send in my crash logs, however, I'm not exactly sure how to get them and send them. After it crashes, what should I do?

thanks!

Normally on OSX when a crash happens a dialog pops up.
there is the button report (or Bericht in german).
Press this button and copy the contents into an email and send it to us.

Oh ok. I thought that was just for sending some report to apple. I'll definitely send it next time anything happens, thanks.

Would you like the same for Vogue? It's pretty bad about crashing on plug-in deletion in particular. I'll just send any crash report I guess.

By the way, both plugs are very stable in actual use. It's just when doing something on abletons plug-in device pane, like hitting the button to open the plug-in window, or deleting it entirely, where the crashes happen.

cheers

Dumb question: What exactly got improved in the preset system?

Post

There were problems with long pathnames which have been fixed.
So the stabiility has been improved.

best,
Robert
