Not feeling it, sorry.
the graphic and the font don't work together for me. Overall I like the look of the new gui though

well - I am biased so in the interest of full disclosure (:hihi:) I think a lot of fractal art just starts looking fake-hippy to me. The font is ok - it says "quirky/fun different" and edges towards cartoony/Flintstones for me. You could go with a snappier logo, something simpler? Like one snowflake or one tentacle that uncurls a bit t o the left, or a half-circle of Mandelbrot's monkeytree thing. or go icy-pad like with a different font and a snowflake? I don't know- if I did I'd be making money somewhere(!) so those are just my 2p, and not worth any more than that, if that!

I think you're making the logo and font too fussy/busy liqih.

When you have to try and figure out what something says you've gone wrong. The original font was fine, why not just try it without the logo?

Having just said all that though <grin> this font would look good if you had it in chrome like a tv badge and would be in keeping with the whole oscilloscope theme.

The logo problem is that you only have 50 pixels or so height to play around with so it would have to be a stylised interpretation of a fractal rather than an actual one.

ouroboros' idea of a snowflake is a good one, although I think some refrigerator company may have already copyrighted it. Maybe half a snowflake positioned halfway along rather than next to the name? Again in chrome and extruded

I like this one

except for the green graphic. I'd skip the graphic altogether and extend the bottom of the letter A to the left into a Mandelbrot edge. No colours, just the edge shape, filled with the same grey as the letter A. Hope you get what I mean - can't produce a mock-up at the moment as I have to run to work...

the snowflake is really too "freezer" IMHO,

I'll work more on the logo with the other designers.

The green looks too much like a gem/emerald.
