MU.LAB under OSX 10.4.11?

Yo!

Just about to upgrade from Mac OSX 10.4.8 to 10.4.11 and I was wondering if MU.LAB works in that configuration? Anyone using it under 10.4.11?

On 10.4.10 MU.LAB runs fine.

I'm confident it runs fine on 10.4.11 too.

On 10.5 it doesn't run fine due to a windowing issue, thanx to apple who is constantly changing the way osx works.

But MU.LAB 2 should run fine on 10.5, we'll soon (july) be able to test that out.

OSX is built on top of *nix (BSD) and X11, both of which are inherently open source. To keep things "Apple" and proprietary, they have to add an incompatibility layer... As more things become compatible, that layer must get changed... Microsoft would change things just as fast if they didn't already own the OS. (They still change things... just slower...)

I've had no problems at all with OSX 10.4.11. All my music programs run very well. The current version of MU.LAB is my main host for using VSTs.

If you have an intel-based machine, you might even see slightly improved performance.

I'm still avoiding OSX 10.5 because I like to use some old games in Classic.
