How to uninstall unwanted FXPs?

Please bear with me, I'm still learning. :)

I installed Phadiz following the guidelines for Unsupported Plugins. After auditioning this VST synth, I've decided to remove it.

I can erase the Phadiz folder from Program Files / VST Plugins / Unsupported Plugins, but due to insufficient privileges, I cannot delete the accompanying folder Guido Gobertus / Phadiz / 008-068-factory.bank that was installed with it.

Is there any way to remove these orphan patches or are they destined to remain on my hard drive? :?

Do the patchs show up in Receptor? That's where you should delete them from.

Yes, they're in Banks and Patches / Guido Gobertus / Phadiz / 008-068-factory.bank but I get the "insufficient privileges" message when I try to delete the folder. Sky

I wanted to know they show up in the Receptor banks and patches list for this plugin from the Receptor GUI, not the hard drive. If have to remove directly we can but through the GUI is better.

When you say "Receptor GUI" are you referring to Receptor Remote Control or the hardware front panel?

My version of Receptor Remote Control does not have file browsing in its interface.

I'm speaking about the Receptors bank and patches menus which can be most easiler viewed from the Receptor mixer view, there are 3, each with 128 Banks, each bank can hold 128 patches. There are the Multi Banks, Single Banks and the Source Banks. In yourcase I believe we are talking about the Receptor Source Banks for the plugin in question. If your unsure about this please watch "itroduction to Receptor's Graphical User Interface".

Yes, it's the Source Banks for the unsupported plug-in Phadiz. I've deleted the patches in the GUI, but still have empty folders that I cannot delete. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

You need a permission fixer from Muse to drop in there, a little file to give you permission. I had to do the same ages ago.

Create a support ticket from plugorama.com and ask for the Bank and Patches fixer, I'll hook you up.

Will do, thanks.

The B&P fixer worked like a charm. Thanks again.
