I have a receptor with komplete 4. in addition to the preinstalled komplete 4, NI also included a copy on DVD (i guess to install on another computer). let's say i do that--then i later decide to sell my receptor. what is the legal and moral state of the copy of Komplete on my computer? am i allowed to keep it? since it is the same serial number as the one on the receptor (which i no longer own), would that mean the new owner wouldn't be entitled to any updates (since komplete 4 is still registered to me?
furthermore, what is the process for the new owner of my receptor to register on plugorama? do i have to unregister with muse/plugorama? is there a charge?
thanks

We can change the owner of the Receptor but as for Komplete only NI can answer that question.

If you want to keep your NI Komplete license (which is what you currently own), you would need to delete all NI Komplete from the Receptor. If it is a Komplete Receptor, you would need to advertise it as just a "regular" Receptor.
The bottom line is you only have one NI Komplete license. That license can be kept by you, or you can transfer it over to the new Receptor buyer, but you both can't use a single license.
