I found in my HD an earley version of Filterbank (guiless), may I keep it ?

This software may be distributed freely for non-commercial use.

May I give a link in the "... for the masses" thread ?

This is v1.0 of Tone2 FilterBank (was available from my private website http://www.obertone.com/ ). It is not an u-he product.
You can keep it, since it was freeware. You are not allowed to distibute it without my permission.

How to install:
===============

Simply copy "filterbank.dll" into your "VstInstruments" folder.
If no VstInstruments folder exists, you may try the "VstPlugins" folder.
The host software will detect the synthesizer automatically.

"filterbank.fxb" contains the presets. Copy them where
you want to store your presets on the harddisk. Sometimes it is usefull to
store prestes in the same directory where the Vst Instruments are stored.
Says the info file. However, I will respect your choice.
