(PS -- Really happy you added the ability to save individual presets -- been wanting that since I bought Plug-Sound Pro!!! :) ]
We move the whole StandAlone system from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 in order to fix crashing issue with some audio card. It looks like it's not perfect yet.
What s your MIDI device ?

Thx
My midi interface is a MOTU Midi Express XT (USB).

BUT I'm not using it with UVI Workstation standalone (turned off, in fact), so that should have nothing to do with this problem. No need to use it because I am using and having this problem now using USB keyboard controllers, that don't need a midi interface and don't have or need drivers. (E-Mu X-Board, and Korg MS-20 keyboard controllers).

Don't panic ! ;)
Crashes issues are already fixed.

Regarding MIDI thing, we need to make some test as we do not reproduce it here so far.

The 1.0.7 fixing Life, the Universe and Everything will be hopefully posted today.

Thanks for your report.

Audio/midi setup crashes in standalone... And of course I didn't try it in Logic because AUval disabled the UVI... :!:

Salut Olivier,

Here is a few other things:

1- Loading multi from PSP is now working, but multi from 1.0.5 aren't anymore.

2- I know I'm pushing my luck here, but could it be possible to support multi from MOTU SI?

3- Preset saving is awesome, could we get the same for all FX categories(Part, AUX, Master), so we could save FX stack from anywhere and load it back anywhere else.

4- Could it be possible to add multi loading from the same presets/loops browser? It could be really useful to be able to put bookmark on multi folder.

Merci.

As a PSP owner, the email I got about the new UVI program was awhile ago. I don't believe anything in the email indicated that it was still in beta.

I'm not too keen on using a beta. Is there any indication as to when the actual release is due?

Try with 1.0.7 and let us know if you still have some issue

Performance are a bit different in Ethno and MSI, so it would require some work.
Don't hold your breath.

We'll concentrate on bug fixing currently. Might happen after the final release.

I prefer to let those separate currently. Might change later though.

Last beta 1.0.7 is pretty stable as plugin.
Some people have currently some issues with the standAlone though.

Give it a try !

Oliver,

I was confused about whether the stand-alone midi/audio related crashing was fixed with 1.07 or are you guys still working on it.
