I'm trying to access midi program change from a VST host within PD. I could do it with Zeb2.1, and cant do it with Zeb2.2. But if I load 2.1 from the host, the GUI calls itself 2.2, registered to me, and it works!?
An additional minor hassle, is that I can call Zebra while the program sets itself up, but I must manually pull up the GUI, click to presets, and select the MIDI programs.... but I can live with this!

Midi Program Changes are available in the current beta versions (2.2.1bx). Have you tried that one? Official versions up to 2.2 have got no implementation of Midi Program Changes.
