New Receptor owner here. Just got it in today and have had it for about 3 hours.
Receptor Pro Jr, latest OS installed.
Anyway, my issue is this: it seems that I am unable to install z3ta that I purchased from plugorama. I drop the installer file into the Drop Installers Here folder and tell it to install from the front panel, and it immediately fails. The installer does not show up in the Failed folder or in the Installed folder. I also tried to install it through the Remote control and it fails there as well.
I downloaded the key to my iLok, so I thinking it is not a license issue.
I checked the Installation_Log.txt and it does have a line in there about the package being already installed, but when I launch it is asks if I want to start the demo, so I'm not sure if it is really installed.
I am also having the same problem with the Log file fixer. Install fails.
I submitted a ticket on this issue, but I thought I'd post here in case anyone else has any insight.
Anyone have any ides or experienced the same problem?
unable to install z3ta or log file fixer.

Never mind, figured it out. Since the plugin is already installed, then all you have to do is click Yes to start the demo version and I guess it checks the iLok to see you have a license and unlocks the unlimited version. It doesn't have the number before the name of the plugin, so thats how i am determining that its the full version.
Kind of confusing, but no matter, its working, so thats outstanding.

IFIRC, the log file fixer was for 1.6 not 1.7 which included it as part of the OS?Eric J wrote:Never mind, figured it out.
