Well I might take a look at it. I am not so sure if I am going to be able to complete a professional skin.

But bailees7irish, I also mentioned that I would find the functionality of the GUI more important than the looks. In which case I am thinking about the 2 pages of the parts.
I am looking for a used 24" iMac so I will have enough screenspace to have everything on one page.
That is something a skin can't change.
Being able to choose an alternative one-window-GUI from the plug-in's options wouldn be a nice thing and not too hard to implement.

Your work is appreciated, Nebulae (and not only this skin, but I also love your track in the listen section of Lennard's site

) But I can understand some people had difficulties to believe Lennard was ok with this, since using a resource modification tool like 'resource hacker', is a pretty low level way of messing around with a program and I'm sure not all coders would like that

Lennard obviously thinks (and I completely agree) that the way the GUI looks is not the most important part of a VST, but still, maybe he should hire a graphic's professional to do the skin. Or make it easier to skin for others and then have a skin competition for example, would be great fun IMHO

Because you don't always need professionals to create an awesome skin, XBMC for example (a freeware media player on the XBOX) has some really stunning skins now, as a result of a skin competition, done by XBMC fanatics)

nebulae, don't worry about Teksonik. He's a bit of a twat. When Lennar first released Sylenth, Tek gave him such a hard time about the synthedit thing, it was pathetic.

No I'm a total twat. Yes I gave him a hard time about the "SynthEdit thing" and look what happened. *GASP* we now have a brilliantly hand coded bug free plugin free from the unneccesary shackles of S.E. and soon to be Mac version as well. Quite pathetic. Yes don't worry about me just keep hacking away and keep being fixated on everyone's penis.

Oh and since Neb is a lawyer I'm sure he understands the importance of words. You "could" use a Resourch Hacker implies ability. You "can" use a Resource Hacker implies permission but we'll let the Judge decide.

Seriously since Lennard apparently neither reads nor posts in this Forum it would be easy for anyone to make a claim that "Lennard said" without him being able to confirm his permission. Asking for the post to be quoted is far from introducing a "foul Order" to the thread. That task was already accomplished when the Penis Fixation was added.

That had nothing to do with it. Lennard obviously wanted to port it to Mac anyway and had to get rid of the SynthEdit GUI code to do so.
