@Rico
Anyway you could make Effectrix also paste the Mod tracks when having copied and pasting a pattern? ATM you have to re-paint the mod tracks each time you want to copy a pattern. That would be great.

A little feature request for this neat plugin.
Moving of whole step tracks in up and down direction (with wrapping, so that track 1 becomes track 14 upon moving upwards and track 14 becomes 1 when moving downwards). This would make it possible to test different fx triggering while keeping the rhythmic layout. A third option to randomly scatter the whole track positions (ie. track 3 becomes 8, track 4 jumps to 6, track 7 to 1 etc.) would be nice, too.
A picture should be easier to understand:

This could make sense in horizontal direction, too. I.e. moving all tracks left or right as well as completely scatter them to achieve new random start position for every track.

We will release an Effectrix update soon, it includes the chaos control and modtrack copy/paste feature.
Moving all tracks at once cannot be made that soon, but we'll keep it in mind.
Best regards
Rico

Hi there's a little thing I'd like to request you to have a look at.
When Saving a preset the save dialog appears each time and you have to type in the name even if you just want to save the current preset (should be suggested). It's a little easier to scroll down and click on a preset so that it's name appears in the text box but still tiring to do every time.
So I'd like the save dialog to write the name for me like it does in other programs.

Hey how about a 64 step version?
I know developers often don't like this because it takes double the GUI but what if you could fold it in/hide the last 32 steps
You probably won't agree to make this but as a musician programmer I'd love to have double the length for all those variations

Hi Soarer,
with the "Pattern Keys" you can sequence 12 patterns,
that's far more than 64 steps
best

Yeah i know... It would just be a little easier the other way so I did not have to set up the midi track each time.
Then I still vote for the integrated Pattern sequencer! (Feature Request)

Mighty fine update.

Great to be able to paste the Mod tracks now
Thanks

Please make an integrated Pattern sequencer! (Feature Request)
I find that I need this every time I use effectrix and since I love Effectrix so much I often use several instances which then means several midi tracks to clutter overview in live. The pattern sequencer could be hidden when you don't use it or when have made your settings.
Hope to see it.

Hi Soarer, I also like pattern sequencers, but until now I found them too tricky to be released in a product. I am sure I can bring this forward in the future!

Alright. How is the development for future updates and features going?
Can you share what you are working on? Will there be new effects?
If you could make a pitch shifter without delay it would be great even if it alters the sound.
I'm just curious and absolutely loving the micro glitchy beats I'm making with Effectrix. With careful programming you can really transform a simple beat completely and even create new sounds too.
Keep up the great work!

Yeah fantastic piece of kit.
If you are big into glitch and FSU type effects, this this is just awesome, def worth every penny. You can read our review here.
