problem with Direct Install

Hi, I have a problem with Direct Install, can someone help ?

When I click on the button "Direct install" in the "Receptor Remote Control" window, a "Direct Install" window pops up and I see a blank screen with the message "Please wait while the Direct Install web site is contacted...". Then, the ReceptorRemoteControl.exe process takes 99% CPU and nothing happens. It's also impossible to force quit the process under the task manager, I need to reboot.
I've set up my LAN like this :
PC/winXP 192.168.1.10 /Wifi
Receptor 192.168.1.11 /ethernet
both use DHCP
I've also put my PC in a DMZ.
I use "Locate Receptor" by IP adress and "Receptor Viewer" works fine.

Are there any special ports that I need to open on any computer to enable the connection or do I need to do something else ? Well, actually, any idea will be most welcome.

Are you trying to do this through a wireless connection? I would recommend keeping everything wired for Direct Install...
