I am wondering if anybody has found a way to implement a USB mouse with Receptor?

Or better yet, has anybody played with Belkin n52te? Checkout http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductP ... _Id=390404
Keyboard had done a quicky article on the Belkin n52te about 8 months ago. The product offered so much versatility for MIDI users that Keyboard decided not to expound on it in fear that it would hurt some of their big advertisers. Evidently the n52te can be programmed such that any key or combination of keys would send any bit/byte stream, MIDI sequence, SYSEX or command stream. I would think that this could be the ultimate interface to Receptor instead of a mouse! Any opions or better yet... any experience with devices like this?

I'm not a Receptor user but I love my Nostromo n52te. However, using the drivers and firmware I've got -- they might well have been updated by now -- you can't do absolutely anything you might want to; there are some limits to what you can assign to a button press (or wheel roll, et cetera). Read the forum at their site to see what kinds of problems and triumphs users have reported.

How and whether you could use it properly with a Receptor I couldn't tell you. Mine works great in Vista 64, within the limits noted above, and in most ways the n52te is built better than the original n52.
