Is there a possible way to download the soundpack with a download manager?? I've tried to download it a zillion times, but I have connection problems in these days and it's a nightmare without the resume :(

Not at all. Web guys have even made some special stuff to redirect to google.fr if one user has more than N connections in order to avoid that one user take down the entire server. (web guys stuff :) )

Sorry about that.

Unfortunately PC crashlog as opposed to crashlog on mac doesn't tell us much.

Does those happen only with specific REX ?

Thanks for your report.
It happened when I was browsing rex files. if you have a debug version, I'd be happy to test it.

also, some acidized wav and rex loops sound distorted (mainly low frequency bass loops.) these loops play back fine in Guru, so its not the loop.

Care to share one of those loops so we can take a look(in PM for example) ?

Hi,

Are you running a Mac or a PC ?

Do you run UVIWorkstation inside Live 7 or as a standAlone application ?

If you're on PC and running the standAlone version, it's maybe related to the ASIO driver you're using in UVIWorkstation.

Any details on your config we should be aware of ?

I've been working with Alain since August 12th, emailing back and forth. I haven't been able to get UVI Workstation (1.0.9) to load the Plugsoundpro.ufs file. I have tried this on my XP SP2 PC, and my MacPro (Intel). It does recognize the demo banks. Yes, I have it installed in the correct locations on both systems. Any ideas?

Thank You

Hi,

1. Check is if the authorization is really on the right iLok
looking in iLok.com website.

2. Check that when the iLok is plugged, its light is turned on. Some USB port do not have enough power and from time to time either OSX or Windows disable those.

3. Are you using an alias/shortcut to Plugsoundpro.ufs ? if so I would check that the alias is named exactly like the original file (ending with .ufs) and point to the right file

4. I would let temporarly only Plugsoundpro.ufs in the UVISoundbanks folder. (moving other ufs to a tmp dir inside the UVISoundbanks folder)

Hope this might help.
