Thanks Greg, I found it. I was able to bounce down in the end. I had to do it in real time mode with all other plugs disabled and all tracks muted. I'll be giving the bounce option a go though because I hope it is a little more convenient. With my computer I have to bounce down quite a bit, and even freezing the bass track wasn't working so I had to render it.Gregjazz wrote:Hmmmm, I sometimes have that problem in Sonar with Kontakt libraries--not sure what it is, sometimes it takes another try at bouncing it for it to work correctly. Let me know if you figure out how to solve it in the Kontakt settings; the "Offline (Bounce)" mode is found in the tab "Engine" on the left side of the interface (the "browser" section needs to be on in order to see it).

Just found a track that froze with missing notes. So I tried the bounce button and it worked. Thanks team.

That's exactly what that button was made for! I believe it takes away some of the inaccuracy that you get when streaming samples from disk when bouncing. I had to use it myself before, which is why I suggested it. I just wish there was a more "up front" button and you didn't have to open the options to change it. But it's pretty trivial, so not exactly a big deal, IMO.morelia wrote:Just found a track that froze with missing notes. So I tried the bounce button and it worked. Thanks team.
Glad you got it working!

Latest audio demo, featuring a variety of guitar tones: http://www.orangetreesamples.com/audio/ ... -demo1.mp3
All played live from the keyboard directly into a sound recorder. My pitch wheel is still out-of-order, so I can't wait to get it fixed so I can make demos which use bends (there's some scripting involved there, too).
Also, I implemented different tunings, so you can make your own guitar tuning or select a preset--besides the traditional drop D or D modal (D-A-D-G-A-D), you get other more eclectic tunings like the Robert Fripp's tuning, etc.

Will any of the stuff end up in ManyGuitar 2.0?

Paul and I have talked about it not long ago, and it looks like it's a "yes".dickiefunk wrote: Will any of the stuff end up in ManyGuitar 2.0?
The technology in ManyGuitar 2 will definitely support the things that I've done with this Kontakt library.

As a 20-year bassist, all I can say is that the audio demos for CoreBass sound amazing. I'm gonna have to snag this one soon(ish)...
There are two things I'd really love to see in a sample set, and haven't seen yet: 1) a piccolo bass like Stanley Clark plays; and 2) real funk guitar (I can't get RealStrat or any of the guitars in VI One to sound funky to save my life).

The good news is that CoreGuitar is including some of the funk articulations missing from a lot of other libraries, stuff suitable for leads as well as funky rhythm tracks.jedilaw wrote: There are two things I'd really love to see in a sample set, and haven't seen yet: 1) a piccolo bass like Stanley Clark plays; and 2) real funk guitar (I can't get RealStrat or any of the guitars in VI One to sound funky to save my life).

is this going to be one large library, or are you going to release different pickup configs separately?

I decided on one pickup setting, so that way I can sample a lot more articulations. If anything, different pickups will be different releases.misterg wrote: I am really looking forward to this.

No idea, but we are making progress on it. It's a big project, too, and is going to be amazing!dickiefunk wrote:Fantastic! As for voting on your site, that's a great idea. I voted twice for the Jaco Fretless (are you going to sample the real thing? I know it was found and restored recently and is in the hands of a private collector), also for the hollow-body jazz guitar, jazz flute, and piccolo bass.
If you do with the Jaco fretless anything close to your work with the CoreBass, I'll be overjoyed...
