I can't believe it, but I am actually a little excited. If Sampletank gets the overhaul it needs, I will be elated. I really couldn't care less about T-Racks, though. The suspense is killing me. This is a much better marketing tactic than Cakewalk's annual "Oops we accidentally printed the ad too early, so now you know some of the features. Stay tuned for more."lotus2035 wrote:Almost there!!

Well, the poll certainly shows what people want it to be.
If every KVR member wrote one review a year we'd have 1340 reviews each day!

Since we are "warm," I am convinced that it T-Racks, SampleTank, or Amplitude.
... or one of the others.

I can't imagine why IK would go thru all the hoops of creating a huge teaser campaign for bloody T-Racks...I mean cmon - every effect known to man is available in a better, more efficient form factor from somewhere else.
For this to hog space on the IK front page - it has to be either Amp or Samp.
Mind you - you would think something as big as a Samp 3 upgrade would be announced at a NAMM 2009 or something for maximum marketing hype - not on a ordinary nondescript Wednesday in middle of an ordinary month.

If the huge price drop on version 2 is any indication, it's Sonik Synth:

Yes - if it was a choice on the IK front page (to enter the contest) - I might think SS...but SS is not there.cyanogen wrote:If the huge price drop on version 2 is any indication, it's Sonik Synth:

That's exactly why I'm convinced it is T-Racks. Right now it's the weakest point in the IKMM chain and the most in need of an update. I have a feeling they're looking to put out models of classic analog gear a la Universal Audio or Waves recent offerings. We'll find out tomorrow though.Vocalpoint Studios wrote:I can't imagine why IK would go thru all the hoops of creating a huge teaser campaign for bloody T-Racks...I mean cmon - every effect known to man is available in a better, more efficient form factor from somewhere else.

Let's see... one last hint. Okay, it has something in it that in the hardware world I wish I had one but most of us couldn't afford a real one so... it sure will be nice to have this!

Mmm... Sounds like some sort of mastering equipment. I'm gonna be powerful disappointed when it turns out to be T-Racks...Squids wrote:Yes, we will find out tomorrow and someone is going to WIN it too! Good luck!!!!
