1. It states in the video that any part within a track can be routed to any rack. How do I go about doing this?

2. From the MU.LAB docs it states, "You can rearrange the order of the plug slots: Click+drag the slot up or down. Or you can even move it to another Rack!"

I am simply clicking on the slot (right on the name of the plug) and attempting to drag to a different slot or rack but no luck with either. Nothing happens. Am I doing this correctly or is it a bug?

Each part sends it resulting audio / events to its Target.

You can set the target of a part by selecting that part, then choose a target in the Part Property Panel at the top right of the main window.

Note that you can also set a target for the full track by clicking at the left side of the track name, or right-click the track name and "Choose Target".

In that case all parts on that track will use the track's target.

Click+drag the plug name itself.

Hope this helps, else let me know.

Moving plugins needed shift in 2.0PRF4 -- I've yet to load up 2.0Final and 2.01.

Post

No [Shift] needed anymore since PreRelease E, just click and drag :)

This is for moving tracks, racks and rack plugins.

MULAB 2.01:
Tracks don't need shift.
Racks don't need shift.
Plugins in rack slots do need shift.

The default "New" session in MULAB has track-based routing turned on. You have to right click the track and choose target "No target" to get part-based routing.
