Please Lennar, release Sylenth 1 as RTAS! We are many that use Pro tools and now when PT 8 will be released with much better Midi it would be fantastic if you could made the best virtual synth as RTAS.

Have tried the VST to RTAS adapter but my sylenth1 is only in "Demo" mode even if i put the License.Dat file togheter with my sylenth1....

Actually this should work fine. Did you register it properly using the Register option from the MENU on the LCD screen? What OS are you running exactly?

I have sylenth and I use it all the time in Logic. Now that I've upgraded to Pro Tools 8 I would like to use sylenth in it as well. But when I go to my instruments I can't find the synth. Where do I go to find it if it works in Pro Tools?

Post

There is no RTAS version of Sylenth1 (yet), so if you want to use it in Pro Tools you'll need something like FXPansion's VST to RTAS adapter.

It will be great , if Sylenth1 has native RTAS support !

Pro Tools 8 midi functions are great and now i can use it as main sequencer/production DAW . I'm on Mac and it requires OSX Leopard to work , but FXPansion's VST to RTAS adapter v2 was released in 2006 and doesn't work correctly with it .
Another way - using Native Instruments Kore 2 as AU/VST host inside Pro Tools , but this is so painful .

P.S. Thank You Lennard for this great product !

Lennard, are there any plans for a native RTAS PC version in the future?

i second the idea of a rtas sylenth

um now that PT9 is out and its like any other DAW I have a feeling that plugin manufacturers will be porting there plugs over to RTAS or Audiosuite.. Unless there is a developer fee from Avid I don't see why this wont happen :-)
