EVE VSTi no longer requires an SSE processor!

EVE VSTi no longer requires an SSE processor, so you can run the new VSTi on almost any processor. Altought, if you do have an SSE based processor, EVE will run almost 4 times faster than a processor wich doesn't have SSE.

We also uploaded a new TESTER for non-SSE and SSE processors. (it checks for SSE on the start and run a code for each option)
