Hi Demierra,
I have had LFX-1310 working for some time now. I can't remember exactly, but I think some revisions of this installed fine (using the normal 'unsupported methods') and some did not. I think the latest one did not, but could be loaded through some other means.
In any case, it does work, and it is a nice free option for multi-effect plugs.
Regards,
Kevin L

Hi Looneytunes,
Do you by chance have the DLL file available? The LFX-1310 download is an EXE and I have no Windows PC available to run the installer. A ZIP of the most current DLL would be great. Thanks, Sky

I tried to install version version 1.3, but it was unsuccessful... maybe I did something wrong.
Since it worked for you, maybe you could send me the content of the LFX folder installed in your Receptor in a zip file? (Nothing illegal here, since it's a free plugin...)
PM me if you agree to do that...

I tried to install version 1.3 again on Receptor. The install "failed", but the LFX-1310 was installed and I can launch it.
The problem is that when I launch it, the "fxb" is unavailable, and when I want to close the LFX, it keeps telling me that some files are missing (.com and .ma)... I tried to install the .fxb, dropping it in the "drop installer here" folder, but no change.
Can anyone help? Or is that just normal?
Demierra

Hi again, Demierra
Sorry for the delays - I was unavailable for a while.
Yes that is starting to sound familiar. There were .com and .ma files that needed to be in the same plugin folders as the .dll. It's also possible you might see those "missing file" messages, even if the files are there (which means the paths are wrong in the registry). If you can correct this, things will work.
Regarding the normal install method (putting .dlls in "drop installer here" folder) - this only works for "installers" (.mrpk files) and also for installing patches/banks. It does not work for installing unsupported plugs.
Check your PMs for more help.
