Is there a way to wet osc to of a delay of chorus ?

Put osc2 on channel 2 in the Grid, just like you did for different envelopes. As output bus chose "bus1" or "bus2" rather than "main" in the VoiceMix section. This will output things on the 2nd and 3rd channel of the FX Grid respectively, without using the send parameters!
See? Osc2 goes through Vcf2 and the mixer sends both to fx bus1. That's where the delay is located. Don't forget to crank up Return though.
