I see you've already decided the price then... what is your ransom demand this time? :hihi:
Psssst - existing customers will get a coupon for an additional 25% off in addition to the 25% off introduction offer... which will be 50% off of, uhm, I suppose $199 for 10 plugins (9 fx + 1 superfx), which would be $99 for existing customers (MFM, Filterscape and/or Zebra) or as much as $9.90 per plugin, $14.90 for first-time customers within the introduction period, or $19.90 respectively from somewhen 2009, depending on who and when. That's what it looks like currently. So, basically between $99 and $199, depending on how u-he you already are.

On the other hand I have 3-5 more ideas, and maybe the lineup changes a bit and maybe I'll have a freebee at some point. Dunno. I also havn't really started on the superfx, hence I'm not sure if everything works out as planned. Which won't have much of an influence on the actual pricing though because it'll be a steal anyway if only for the modulation fx

As I said somewhere else, there's a minuscle chance that single plugs (Flanger, Phaser, FreqShifter, Tremolo, Filter, PitchShift, Reverb, none of the others) sell separately, but these would sell in the realm of 50 bucks each (half of dongle competition, same as my favourite non-dongle competition). No decision on that yet, if and when.

If you make things so beautiful that people jam their wrists on the screen trying to reach in and turn the knobs :o it may backfire on you, and send customers off to the pawn shops instead, in search of something they at least can fondle, and spray with Armour-All :)

Just a silly question . Will the reverb be good for vocals or more extreme-applications oriented ? .

I'd rather see it in the conservative corner. At the moment. There are three modes currently which aim at "plate reverbs with an optionally super-crispy high end", where the 3rd mode is a bit too slap-backy for my taste, it doesn't really melt with the dry signal.

I do however see the possibility to also add ultra-dense modes (think AAR or Matrixverb), natural rooms (think positionable mics) and some resonators (think piano/guitar strings). I just don't know when to add these currently, as every mode needs a week or two of tweaking.

I will at some point drag my wife in front of a microphone and have her sing something through it.

Ok so I had to record something with UBHIK F.

Heres a snippet of a dry mono signal fading to wet, the I added some jet then I pushed it quite a bit. After that I added a lot of drive until I clipped the channel (not F's fault).

This is the smoothest Flanger I've used yet! Extreme drive sounds very analog and adds some extra lovely dirtyness ;).

Also love the purdy phase is makes.

Very clean!

I've been trying to get Waves Meta Flanger to sound like this forever! Way to go Urs .

We all entered the music business for two main ( only ) reasons :

A): Get the girl .

B): Live without working .

At least you did 50% , lucky guy so  .

Ah, but work is love made visible. At least according to Kahlil Gibran...

Kind regards.

Wait till next version of A though... I'm changing the behaviour of HF Freq and Decay a bit... maybe even of the "large" mode

Ahh yes that was something I was wondering :tu:. Large mode  sounds interesting.

See you at u-he!

Can I first finish stuff

I'm currently desperate about some spiffy algorithm that would kick Uhbik beyond the edge of, uhm, *something* - unfortunately it doesn't perfectly work as I want. But we're getting there... slowly... if not, I'll have all 9 fx (less "X") in a few days.

I still hope to release in November. Gotta ask Howie if he has time to translate the manual... first time I write in German and have it translated to English...
