This reminds me of a McCartney tune...The Pound is Sinking.tehlord wrote:If you're in the UK it could be the exchange rate. The pound is losing value by the minute.

Your probably right. Why we should suffer due to conversion rates is pretty shitty though. Why not have a set £ price as well the Euro one? Think I will give this and any other software where UK buyers get screwed for a while.
Thats not a reflection on Sylenth1 btw, it seems like an awesome synth

Hi, the price is still the same: 139 EUR ex VAT. You're probably comparing the prices with and without VAT. And also the pound is weak at the moment indeed, but still I don't think the price has been below £100 over the last year, even ex VAT.
Actually the US dollar is pretty strong again at the moment, the price has been well over 200 dollars, it's now back to about $175.djanthonyw wrote:At least you don't live in the USA right now...

Swings and roundabouts. For the last few years we've been getting 2 dollars to the pound which means anything is the US is dirt cheap. It's the way the world works.

You may think 'it's all relative' but try living in AU where I just paid $280 for a copy... With petrol prices at $1.50/LITRE it's a massive hole in our wallets believe me...
