Bug in Vogue's highpass knob (Noise when at zero)

Hi, when the highpass is set to Zero in Vogue, you can often hear some digital distortion/noise in the signal. It seems to go away when you raise the highpass even just the slightest bit that would normally not affect the sound. Something catches when it's moved even just an increment and the noise disappears. If you can't find this, I can provide sound examples if you want.
