I wonder if it is possible to set a different mastertune then 440hz for the whole instrument (not per patch)

That's not yet possible on a global level, but sounds like something that might be added in a future update. If you need to transpose whole notes you can of course also use your host software or your midi keyboard to transpose the Midi notes.
