I'm using the Bristol soft-synth's emulation of the Korg Polysix. A big thank you to Nick Copeland, the developer for giving me some tips about synthesis and how to design the lead in Bristol.
One thing to note, There's a bug in the software ATM, that should be fixed next release, namely that the LFO depth doesn't follow the LFO to where it's currently being routed, so unfortunatly, by default it is routed to the VCO, causing some nasty "gliding up and down frequencies".
And yes, I do realise that the high octaves don't sound the best.
Anyway, here's the file.

Personally I prefer the first lead sound. Slightly less modulation of the PulseWidth waveform.
