Robotronic in Cubase Studio

Hi,

I am looking into purchasing Robotronic, but I can't check out the demo in Cubase due to various comptuer problems I am having at the moment etc. etc.

How does Robotronic work in Cubase Studio? How do you route midi to an effects plugin? From my understanding, you put Robotronic on an audio channel you want vocoded, then make a midi channel and route this to the plugin. However, I have never used midi on an effect plugin before and I am wondering if this is how it works.

Hi, you're right, use Robotronic on an audio track and send midi to it from
a midi track. You can use Robotronic on a group track if you want to vocode two audio/vsti plugin signals with each other.
