The Consequence demo doesn't show up in my vst folder in Live 7 on my Vista laptop. The other plugins do. Any suggestions?

Try holding down crtl when you refresh the vsts in Abletons options.

Hi, make sure automatic user account control is decativated in Vista (can be done in msconfig/tools). Try to start Live with a rightclick: run as admin.
Otherwise, make sure the Consequence.dll is in the folder where Live looks for plugins.

Turning off UAC and doing a full vst scan seems to have fixed it. Thanks!

another trick is: rename the subfolder, the dll is in, or if it is in the vst-folder, make a subfolder and put it in (only for vst(i)s without installer).
