Had a 100% positive transaction with Gogor. Great communication from start to finish. Glad to be part of a community of people that can trust one another :)

I just now got in a UAD card from dusted william.

He was stunningly good to deal with. Great frequent communication, and the card is pristine.

He went way out of his way to make sure it arrived before the end of the year, so I can take advantage of a promo that ends on the 31st.

I couldn't be more pleased. :)

I just bought an Amplitube 2 license from Dean Roddey and everything went well and the transaction was very fast. Thanks very much!

So, after you told me I could have it, you sold it to someone else? I don't understand that at all. It's not going to look good in the feedback thread.

I'm very disappointed.

Tom and the local buyer were committing at the same time. Literally within half an hour of each other, and the local buyer called and committed actually the half hour earlier. It's not like I backed on him days after he'd committed. He wanted to take time to think, and sometimes that means you lose the race. It's nothing personal and anyone would have done the same. The local buyer could see before he bought and didn't ask for a price break and saved me a lot of time (which is money) that I'd have spent getting it shipped.

I'm sorry it didn't work out for Tom in this case, but I don't feel I committed any seller faux pas in this situation. It was all but a simultaneous commitment and I took the better one.

You told me I could have it. We were working out shipping and the next thing I know you bailed on me and sold it to someone else. That's not right no matter how you'd like to spin it.

He walked in the door within minutes of my PM'ing you indicating that we needed to work out the price of the shipping. It was quite possible he wouldn't have bought, and it wasn't obvious to me from your previous PM whether you understood that shipping was your cost since you'd only offered to transfer the price without shipping, so it was also quite possible you'd have balked at that.

Again, sorry you feel bad, but such is life. If I'd told you yesterday you could have it, I'd have waved this guy off. But it was so close that I feel it was well within my rights to choose the better deal. Everyone who was looking to buy it were certainly doing the same, and wouldn't have hesitated to dump me if something better came along in similar circumstances, and I wouldn't have blamed them.
