Kontact Patch will not save

Kontact ships with some 'Altered States' Loops.
I found one that I need for a show, but it's tempo must be changed from the 120 bpm default, to 90 bpm.
To do this, I simply click the External Sync button to off
(it defaults being on and at 120) then change the Master Tempo to 90 bpm.

When I save that as a new patch in Receptor ~ it always loads with the External Sync on.
I can't use i like this.
Is there something I'm missing? ~ I need this to open and play at 90 BPM.
