Is this or is this not the feedback thread where you post the results of your deals with other members?

Is this restricted to only positive outcomes? Can I not post about a deal that went sour without being attacked on every front by people that think I shouldn't truthfully report the outcome of a bad deal?

This deal went bad. There is nothing that's going to change that. This is not a debate. The facts are that I was dealing in good faith, Dean wasn't and the deal went bad. There is nothing else to say.

@tomg... you've gone way overboard here. i feel bad for dean because you seem very unreasonable with all this character assasination stuff. simply stating a deal went bad is one thing, but this talk of honor? please. the guy is just hurtin for cash and very quickly informed you he was offered more money for a real nice guitar. big deal.

how about just being happy he got his asking price?

I'm not attacking you, BTW, I take no side in this. I think you were in the right as regards the deal, but 1) I don't think it's an unambiguous situation and 2) there's only so much to be said about it.

No need to delete any posts, it's all part of the big discourse. But before continuing please consider whether there's any advantage to keeping the pot boiling, and whether it's to the benefit of others who want to use the feedback thread without digging through a couple of pages of tangential arguments.
