I may be slow, but I can't figure out what the 'MIDi Programs' folder in the presets is to be used for. I didn't see any
mention of it in the manual.
mention of it in the manual.

any presets in there will be controlled by "Program Change"arachnaut wrote:I may be slow, but I can't figure out what the 'MIDi Programs' folder in the presets is to be used for. I didn't see any

so you can have 128 presets in there that you can load via midi controller,
i also think preset 1 will load as default,

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's where you would put the patches you want to select via MIDI program change messages. Although patches may have alphabetic names, the program number assigned will be based on the alphabetical order of the files.arachnaut wrote:I may be slow, but I can't figure out what the 'MIDi Programs' folder in the presets is to be used for. At least, that is how Zebra works, so it would make sense here too!
Peace,
Andy.

Wow! That is so cool having MIDI program change for effects. I don't know if I've ever seen that for effects before, but what a useful production and/or live tool! Great work and idea Urs.
