Did you correctly enter the license code you purchased from U-he? A license code with a typo or otherwise incorrect will get this kind of error.allweareiscrazy wrote:any reason for this? I can't change settings and after a few seconds it eventually goes black, does anyone know what this is?

If you purchased your serial straight from Urs' site just send an email to anybody at u-he dot com. Urs has updated his C/P in 2.3 and some legit serials snuck through the cracks. I'm sure he or someone on his support staff will send you a new one.
Urs is at NAMM this week so his response might not be as speedy as usual. Hopefully this will be straightened out asap.
