How is the 0..100 knob value mapped to 55Hz..17.5kHz cutoff frequency in Filterscape?

I dug around and found an old post re. Zebra, but that scheme can't work with Filterscape. Stuff like this could be handy in the documentation some day.

Hmmm... Cutoff goes from 0.00 to 150.00. The frequency corresponds to MIDI Note (with a range above MIDI Note 128), maybe one octave down.

In the EQ section, everything is 4 octaves up, hence 0.00 to 100.00 correspond to MIDI Notes 48 to 148.

Cheers,

;) Urs

Thanks, Urs, for pointing out my inadequacies. I should have gone to sleep last night instead of trying to continue thinking.

I got tired of thinking, so I made a cheatsheet listing notes, MIDI numbers, frequencies, and the equivalent (whole number) settings for center & cutoff frequencies. It's here as a pdf in case anyone is interested.

Very nice chart. I'll definitely print that one out. Thanks!
