I take it the AU versions are not updated?

The implementation is possible, but I'd put them into a separate plugin, because they'd change the inner workings of mdaDetune quite a bit and add additional parameters. It's open-source, so start your compiler :P

It's the link associated with this list icon on the brown background, when browsing the file releases.
I'll c/p it to here:

Code: Select all

mda VST plug-ins Copyright (c) 2008 Paul Kellett
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Changelog:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
2009-01-08
- updated mdaEnvelope's preset displaying
- fixed another mdaDetune bug (only noticable under OSX)
- fixed mdaDubDelay plugin ID
- changed mdaShepard ID to have unique ID (formerly overlapped with mdaDubDelay) - if exisiting preset doesn't load keep the old version instead
- added OSX gcc target
- updated mingw/linux/osx target to include mdaEnvelope

2008-09-23:
- fixed several bugs dealing with program settings (load and restore)
- added getProgramNameIndexed function to where it was missing
- made code 64-bit save (especially regarding 64-bit Linux and LP64)
- added new build targets (VCE 2008, MinGW, Linux)

2008-06-12: Initial release
Apart from that, in December 2008 Paul Kellett has added the missing mdaEnvelope code to the source files which is not reflected in this changelog.

That's correct. They are still in the initial release state and won't (at least not by myself) be updated.

Since I'm not skilled enough to code, I can't do that myself. This is why I made a request. If it's a seperate plugin... I'd appreciate that. Else I guess I need to fiddle around with eXT and HOPE that this thing won't crash my host one day or another.

Compyfox, I'll add the request to the list for the next update. Maybe I can allocate some time or do it while some other updates are in the works. Or someone else does.

Sorry, I missed this. I'll have to look into it. Added to the update list, no promises.

Gladly appreciate, looking forward to an extra plug.

what I'd like to see though is:
- Seperate pitching in cent and semitones (2channels at least)
- seperate panning of the pitched signal

I really want to use this as some sort of "split harmonizer" in send. Hope I could describe it well enough. ;)

Yes, this would be fantastic.
Also should feature a link button, linked each of the 2 independant channels.

I've tried to make this myself, but MDA Detune doesn't work with Christian Budde's PluginSplitter and Detuna crashes PluginSplitter because it's SynthEdit. Wrapping MDA Detune with Asseca's mGUI doesn't allow it to work in PluginSplitter either. :(

Can anyone work out how to get EnergyXT to work in DualMono mode?
