Hello,

i had a quick look at the DMS soundbank. Some facts: 32 Basses, 32 Leads, 20 Pads, 12 ARPs, 12 KEYS, 20 FXs.
Most of the patches are trance or techno orientated. Basses are nice, most of the leads are "virus-style". Some nice pads, especially "Remember - PD" (very warm and smooth). ARPs are good but few, same to the KEYS. The FX-sounds are interesting but i'm not a big fan of FX-sounds. Overall the bank is quite good for trance or techno.

General Comment to all sound designers:
I would like to see a dedicated "vintage synths" bank for Sylenth1 which recreates the classic patches from Moog, ARP, Oberheim, Prophet, CS-80, Jupiter 8, Synthex.... Some soundbanks contain some nice vintage patches (e.g. Adam Van Baker Sylenth1 Soundset Part 2 or my own synth brass patches bank) but there is no dedicated bank for this type of patches.
Another hint/wish: Sylenth1 can handle 512 patches in a bank so you are not limited to 128 patches !!! This means: If you program more than 128 patches you can publish all in one bank.

Mmh... The big problem with most of this sounds: all sounding more applicable for techno. The demosounds on the webpage are only average sorry!

For Sylenth I remember to Adam Szabo ("Adam van Baker") which made some very good sounds (some are very vintage) and also Arksun with a very good soundbank for electronic.
