Well, having the original patch would help, where'd you get it from? It's an FM sound by the way, which isn't Sylenth1's strongest part.

The sound is from z3ta, it's the "Virus Bass 05" patch from the factory sound bank.

I've got Z3ta and I've tried to duplicate the Virus 05 bass. I've got it pretty close but can't quite get the "roundness' the Z3ta patch has. I'll keep trying. Where can I send the preset when I'm done? ( to be honest I like the Sylenth version better

Thanks, that makes things a lot easier. This one is much closer:

(Download from the online preset section (click MENU -> Check for updates to get there)).

Don't need FM afterall. Also it's even punchier than the z3ta version

Just checked both of the patches out, very impressive Lennard, thank you! I would say there about 95% there and about as close as anyone's going to get with a different synth.
